POSITION SUMMARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Ensure all required documentation is timely and accurately updated and executed.
– Develop team of competent, disciplined and flexible workforce. Take proactive actions on training, coaching and counseling.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Engineering/Automation/Industrial Management/Science degree.
– 10 years work experience in manufacturing, with 4 years in leading production team.

Key Responsibilities

Looking for Mechanical Engineering Managers that can lead the development and implementation of high precision manufacturing processes in a demanding and high volume environment. Education/Experience
• Demonstrated the ability to lead engineering teams to develop surface preparations (bead blasting, tumbling, polishing), anodizing, paint and ink applications, joining (conventional and laser welding, gluing, heat staking, and ultrasonic welding)
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of part creation processes including CNC milling/turning, injection molding, stamping, MIM, die casting, extrusion and sheet forming etc.
• Must have demonstrated the ability to proactively build and maintain engineering teams, through team addition as well as through individual contributor enhancement and training of current team members.
• Superb interpersonal skills and cultural understanding is needed.
• Understanding of DOE, GD&T and SPC methodologies

ü This position is responsible for all aspects of APAC finance organization.
